PRIVATE RANCH FESTIVAL WITH WILLIE NELSON

We had an amazing opportunity to work with a company that produced a private ranch festival featuring none other than…. WILLIE NELSON & LUKAS NELSON!! Our jaw dropped when this came into our inbox.

This all custom experience from top to bottom included FULL design from our sister company Sugar Creek Creative on a private ranch in East Texas as a client/employee appreciation event. The theme was Jackson Hole/Yellowstone meets Texas. Sugar Creek Creative produced a variety of custom elements for this event including leather bars, round wooden bars, bookshelf style bar backs, lodge entrance, custom signage, mercantile pop-up and more. Our Rentals were used throughout the event as well including under the Main Tent, VIP Stage and more!

Under the main tent we set up 3 large lounge groupings premiering THE DUKE in the largest group in the middle right in front of the mini stage! This large grouping with The Duke featured: Marigold Mustard Chairs, Rusty Velvet Wingback Chair, Equipale Chairs, Ramsay Black Leather Chairs, Luggage Stack, Round Wooden Side Table, Remy Chair, Asa Furry Stool, Max Brass Box, Mo Southwestern Bench, assorted small details and textiles.

Lounge Grouping 2 featured Remington Leather Sofa, Winston Leather Loveseat, The Floofy Chair, Elizabeth Black Chair, Eileen Taupe Velvet Chair, Assorted Wooden Side Tables, Vintage Wooden Crates, Lucas Wooden Coffee Table, assorted small details and textiles.

The last lounge grouping under the main event tent featured one of our favorites Frederick Leather Sofa, Marshall Chairs, Floofy Loveseat, Ruxpin Leather Teddy Chair, Assorted Wooden Side Tables, Theo Side Tables, assorted small details and textiles.

We also debuted our NEW Biergarten Tables at this event, which were placed throughout the grounds for guests to use and enjoy the event! We can’t wait to see them used again in the future. They are vintage German biergarten tables from Oktoberfest that we stripped and applied our custom Sugar Creek wood stain!

Numerous custom bars were used and are in our permanent Sugar Creek Collection including – Jennings Round Slatted Bar, Hugh Chevron Bar, Nelson Leather Bar, Waylon Leather Bar, and Ivan Wooden Shelf.

Other Items used throughout the property: White Metal Grid Walls, Longhorn Skulls, Marquee LED Sign, Saddle Blankets, Vintage Cowboy Hats, Barcelona Vases, and Ethel Amber Jars.
