LOCAL PICKUP / SHIPPING
The Taylor’d Home offers a monthly Sip & Shop and private shopping appointments. Follow along on our Instagram (@thetaylordhome) to see when we announce our Monthly Sip & Shop dates. If you’d prefer a private shopping experience, please email us (email@example.com) to schedule a time to shop our items in person.
If you purchase through our online shop and are local to us, local pickup is available at our HQ in Cleburne, TX. We will email you with our pickup address upon receipt of your purchase notification and a calendar link to schedule a time for you to pick up your items.
If you are not local to us, we also offer Shipping on everything except our Furniture items. When you checkout, we will be notified of your purchase. We will create a shipping invoice for you and send it separately from your actual purchase. Due to the uniqueness of our items (various sizes, quantities, etc), shipping is NOT quoted at checkout.
Your shipping quote will be sent to you within 2-3 business days of your purchase. This will give us time to accurately quote you shipping so you are only paying exactly what it will cost to ship your items to you. If you’d like a shipping quote prior to purchase, please email us with the items you are interested in purchasing and within 2-3 business days, we will send over a shipping quote for those items.
All items are shipped within 2 business days of payment on your shipping invoice.
All sales are final. All items are sold as-is. No refunds or returns will be accepted. By purchasing through our online shop, without an in-person shopping experience, you are agreeing to these terms. You also agree to NOT charge-back against us for any reason.
We take great care in packaging up your items for them to safely arrive in purchase condition. We will photograph our process so we retain proof of how the items are packaged up prior to handing over to a carrier. However, once they are handed off to the carrier, we are NOT responsible for the carriers actions during the shipping process. We will make sure your item(s) is insured so that you have recourse against the carrier for mis-handling your item, should it be mis-handled during shipping. We will work with you during this process by providing our photos for your evidence during your claim process.
