It’s time to start booking the 2017 Holiday Mini Sessions! This year the Living Room Scene is filled with lots of neutrals! Keep reading for the important details and the links to sign up for your time slot!!
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE 2017 HOLIDAY MINI SESSIONS:
THE DATE: Saturday, November 11th & Saturday, December 2nd
THE TIMES: 12pm – 4:45pm (15 minute time slots)
THE LOCATION: Trinity Park, Fort Worth (in the same location as previous years – depending on activity in the park)
HOLIDAY LIVING ROOM SCENE // $50 for 15 minute time slot
PJ PARTY SCENE // $35 for 15 minute time slot (A neutral setup similar to the Living Room Colors for this year – not the bright colors shown in the image below)

Before you book, please read through the important information below regarding how my Holiday Mini Sessions work!
NOTE: For this year’s scenes, I need a minimum of 5 paid bookings to bring that particular scene out to Trinity Park.
How do your Mini Sessions work for parents?
Parents can choose to book a session and bring along their favorite camera (or iPhone), or you can contact your favorite photographer and book them as well to take the photos for you. (Photographer fees are separate from mini-session booking fee). Need a photographer? We have quite a few love and adore! We would be happy to refer you.
How do your Mini Sessions work for photographers?
Photographers can choose to book slots for their clients and build the mini-series rate into their photography fees, or they can have their clients book the mini-session slot and pay the photographer separately. Photographers are more than welcome to use our marketing images to secure their own clients, and can book one or all slots (availability permitting).
How do Mini Sessions with multiple sets work?
Occasionally, we will offer two sets within one mini-session series (such as our PJ Party Scene and Living Room scene for the Holiday Minis). We like to diversify our photo options! You can book one set, or all sets available. If you book one session at 7 pm, you can book the next session at 6:45 pm or 7:15 pm. Booking time only secures ONE scene, hopping between scenes within one time slot is not permitted as each set is booked individually.
How do the Mini Sessions work with cancellations?
In the case of bad weather, illness, or equipment malfunction on the day of your session, we reserve the right to reschedule. If our minimum session booking requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the existing paid bookings. If you arrive to the session more than 5 minutes late, or do not show up at all, you will forfeit your mini session and your payment will NOT be refunded. All payments must be made at the time of booking and no refunds will be made. Please understand that should you need to cancel your session for any reason, the booking fee will not be refunded. Sugar Creek Vintage Rentals is happy to reschedule your session for a future date, depending on type of session. Please note that client’s that cancel more then once may not be entitled to reschedule.
We require a certain amount of booked sessions in order to provide that particular mini session on a given date. Typically we require 5 paid booked reservations for our Fort Worth Mini Sessions. Check our Event Page on Facebook to determine the exact minimums required for a particular type of mini session. If we do not have our minimums reserved (and paid), we will email our existing reservations the Monday before the scheduled sessions to alert of this fact. 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, should we still not have the minimums reserved, we will send a cancellation email. Should the sessions be cancelled due to lack of paid reservations, we will refund the existing session booking fees.
