Sugar Creek Event Rentals is here to help you with all of your corporate event rentals needs. Whether that be hosting a gala, holiday party, corporate meeting or fundraiser, we can help you select the perfect pieces to compliment your event. Need design help? We can help with that, too!
HOW THE RENTAL PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1: Tell Us About Your Event
Simply send us an email or give us a call with the important details related to your event: location, theme, goal of the event, colors and budget. We’ll then work on creating a proposal with the pieces that best align with your event needs.
STEP 2: Rental Proposal
Are you a visual person? We are too! Feel free to browse our online inventory collection and build your wishlist. If you are pressed for time, no worries! Reach out (via email or phone) and let us know what you are hunting for and we’ll select the pieces for the perfect fit. We’ll get a proposal worked up and sent over within 1 business day for you to review.
STEP 3: Reserve It
Once you’ve decided on your must-have items, we’ll send over our contract to sign & collect our 50% non-refundable retainer on the total order amount. Once it’s all received you are officially booked!
